• dogs are welcome in our hotel. We hope you understand us if we don't give them access to common area like: dining room and TV room. For small and medium dogs we charge € 10,00 per day
• late check-out, with an extra surcharge from € 20,00 to € 50,00 you can keep your room (subject to availability) until 5.00 pm

Cancellation policy:
 

• Should you cancel within 7* days of the arrival date, a voucher will be issued for the same amount as the deposit paid, valid for a future stay, with the same duration as the one canceled within the same season; if the cancellation occurs after the maximum term of 7* days prior to arrival, the deposit will be retained by the hotel.
• In case of non-arrival of the guest without prior notice (NO-SHOW) the balance of the entire amount of the stay will be required.
• We accepts most credit cards for payment, except American Express and Diners

* At certain times of the year, cancellation policies will apply 14 days from the date of arrival.
